Version history
A refund inside the 14 day window now returns the unused part of the period you paid for, counted by day, rather than the whole payment. Section 1 carries a worked example so the amount is never a surprise. The heading no longer says money-back guarantee, because a partial refund is not one. Paddle is no longer named as a way to request a refund, so requests reach us where we can act on them; section 2 still states plainly that Paddle is the seller of record and may refund under its own terms regardless. Beyond 14 days fees are still not refunded, billing errors are still corrected in full with no time limit, and your legal rights are unaffected either way.
