This Policy explains when a refund is and is not available, how to cancel a subscription, and what to do about a billing error. It should be read together with the Commercial Terms of Service.
1. Our Position on Refunds
1.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes the unused remainder of a period when you cancel early.
1.2 Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that this Policy does not, that legal right applies and this Policy does not limit it.
2. Purchases Made Through Paddle
2.1 Payments for WPPBX™ are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for the sale. Paddle is the seller of record and issues the tax invoice for your purchase.
2.2 Because Paddle is the seller of record, Paddle applies its own buyer terms to your purchase, and those terms may give you a right to a refund in circumstances where section 1 would not. Where they do, Paddle's terms apply.
2.3 A refund approved by Paddle ends your right to use the service that the payment covered.
3. Billing Errors
3.1 Section 1 is about refunds. It is not about money taken in error, and it does not apply to one.
3.2 If you have been charged twice for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match the plan you selected, tell us and we will correct it in full.
4. Cancelling
4.1 You may cancel at any time from the Reseller Portal, or by contacting us.
4.2 On cancellation your subscription stops renewing, you will not be charged again, and your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4.3 No part of that period is refunded when it ends.
4.4 To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your Reseller Portal.
5. Evaluate Before You Pay
5.1 Every WPPBX plan can be trialled free for 30 days. No payment details are required to start a free trial.
5.2 The free trial is not a limited demonstration. It unlocks every core feature of the platform, subject to a cap of five users. White-label branding, enhanced support levels and a dedicated account manager remain features of the paid plans.
5.3 Each Partner may run one free trial at a time. A trial runs for 30 days from activation, after which it must be converted to a paid subscription for the service to continue.
5.4 The full product is available to evaluate at no cost and without providing payment details. That is the basis of the position in section 1.
6. Billing Questions and Disputes
6.1 If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or you are unhappy with a payment, please contact us before contacting your bank or card issuer. We can resolve billing questions directly and usually far faster than a payment dispute.
6.2 Write to [email protected] and we will respond within two business days.
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
7.2 Previous versions remain available through the version history link on this page.
