This page explains how WPPBX approaches service availability by country and how you can establish whether the Services are available where you operate. Availability depends on local telecommunications regulation, payment infrastructure, tax and invoicing requirements, export-control rules and sanctions regimes, and on the presence of a suitable WPPBX Partner in the region.
“WPPBX” refers to the legal entity identified in section 1 of our Privacy Policy, where the full registered name, registration number and registered address are set out.
1. Overview
1.1 The public Partner Network
Site (partners.wppbx.com) is accessible globally,
subject to applicable sanctions. Availability of the authenticated
Services, the Reseller Portal, tenant provisioning and the
underlying PBX platform, varies by country.
1.2 WPPBX is expanding its Partner Network and direct-service capability over time. Rather than publish a static list that may become outdated between revisions of this page, we describe how service is structured and the categories into which countries currently fall. For a specific country inquiry, please contact [email protected].
2. How Service Availability is Structured
2.1 Service reaches customers through three operational models, depending on the country:
- Direct-supply countries, countries in which WPPBX itself holds the relevant carrier agreements or operates through a licensed local affiliate. Both direct sales and sales through a Partner are possible. Number provisioning, billing in local currency and local tax handling are available where supported.
- Partner-led countries, countries in which a local Partner provides first-line support, billing in local currency and carrier interconnect. WPPBX operates the Platform beneath that Partner. Customers contract with the Partner.
- Restricted or unsupported countries , countries where regulation, sanctions or operational constraints make safe operation impractical.
2.2 The operational model applicable to a given country is the one that applies at the time of provisioning and may change in future as Partner coverage evolves or as WPPBX adds or retires direct-supply capability.
3. Direct-Supply Countries
3.1 In direct-supply countries, WPPBX may offer the full feature set, including number provisioning (where we hold the relevant carrier agreements), billing in local currency and local tax determination. The availability of specific features (for example, DID number ranges or premium recording retention) depends on local carrier arrangements and on your subscription plan.
3.2 For a written confirmation that a country is a direct-supply country at the time of your inquiry, contact [email protected].
4. Partner-Led Countries
4.1 In partner-led countries, customers are onboarded through a local Partner. The Partner provides first-line support, billing in local currency and the carrier interconnect required for telephony. The WPPBX Reseller Portal, the Tenant Management Console and the underlying PBX platform continue to be operated by WPPBX.
4.2 Our direct-sales team does not quote customers in partner-led countries; customers should contact a local Partner through the Partner directory.
5. Limited Availability and Application by Request
5.1 Some countries require additional compliance steps (for example, licensing formalities, in-country data-residency arrangements, or specific carrier paperwork) before service can be provisioned. In those countries, service is available on request. Expect two (2) to six (6) weeks from initial contact to provisioning, depending on local requirements.
7. Expansion and Country Requests
7.1 Partner and customer demand drives our expansion. If your country is not currently supported, tell us, a reasonable number of qualified requests in the same territory typically makes it commercially viable for us to open a new region or to recruit a local Partner.
7.2 To register interest, email [email protected] with your country, the intended user base and any regulatory context we should be aware of.
