WPPBX Pty Ltd (Registration No. 2026/314638/07), trading as WPPBX. Referred to below as “WPPBX”.
These Consumer Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a
binding agreement between you and WPPBX when you access or use the
public-facing WPPBX Partner Network, including partners.wppbx.com
(the "Site"). By using the Site you confirm that you have
read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
1.1 These Terms apply to every visitor to the Site. They do not apply to the authenticated Reseller Portal (governed by the Commercial Terms and the Reseller Policy of Service) or to the Tenant Management Console (governed by the Tenant Policy).
1.2 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will be dated and highlighted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
2.2 The Site is not directed at children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact [email protected] so that we can remove it.
3. The Services We Provide
3.1 The Site allows you to:
- Browse WPPBX Partners in your country or region;
- Contact a listed Partner through a secure contact form;
- Apply to become a WPPBX Partner.
3.2 WPPBX does not place calls, route traffic or provide any telecommunications service through the Site itself. The Site is an information and contact facility. Any telephony or business relationship that follows from a contact made via the Site is between you and the Partner you contact.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You will not:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law, regulation or court order;
- Submit false, misleading or deceptive information on any form;
- Attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure or its security controls;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
- Use the Site in a way that exposes WPPBX or its Partners to regulatory, reputational or legal risk.
4.2 The WPPBX Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the Site in addition to these Terms.
5. Interacting with Third-Party Partners
5.1 Partners listed on the Site are independent businesses. When you contact a Partner through the Site you enter into a direct relationship with that Partner, subject to whatever terms they offer.
5.2 WPPBX does not guarantee the services, pricing, availability, conduct or quality of any individual Partner, and we are not a party to any contract you form with them.
5.3 Any complaint about a Partner’s conduct should be raised with that Partner first. Unresolved matters may be escalated to WPPBX using the process described in our Dispute Resolution page.
6. Privacy
6.1 Our handling of your personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. You should read that Policy before submitting any data through the Site.
6.2 If you wish to have a contact-form submission removed, use the Delete my contact submission form.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPPBX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, nor that information about Partners is complete, accurate or current.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPPBX will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
8.2 Our aggregate liability in connection with these Terms is capped at ZAR 1 000 (one thousand South African Rand) or its equivalent in your local currency.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited as a matter of law.
9. Changes to these Terms
9.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. Each revision is published through the Policy Manager with an effective date and a summary of material changes, and is available for historical review at partners.wppbx.com/legal/consumer-terms/versions.
10. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a different governing law is required by the law of your country of residence for consumer contracts.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa), the Consumer Rights Act (United Kingdom) or equivalent mandatory law in your country of residence. You retain the right to refer a dispute to the competent regulator or consumer ombudsman in your jurisdiction.
